Our health coach meets with you weekly to go over how to eat clean on the program and review the clients hydration and food journal at each weeks visit.

WEIGHT LOSS EXERCISE PROGRAM
Proper exercise is vital to any weight loss program, but it is just as important that an exercise routine is good for your body and takes into account your abilities, health and stress levels. Once you enter into the exercise phase of our program a coach will meet with you to discuss your exercise history and current activity level so we can suggest where and how to start.
We provide daily classes for individuals who complete the program and need to have workouts available in order to be successful. These provide a sense of community and help transition from a non active to functional and active lifestyle. An exercise routine that is not right for you can lead to injury which can hamper your results. Our team will evaluate your current activity level to develop a weight loss exercise program specifically for you.

HOW DOES HCG WORK?
The HCG diet was originally developed by A.T.W. Simeons to aid clinically obese patients in quickly returning to a safer weight zone to avoid serious health conditions. Research of 40 years and thousands of cases conducted by Dr. Simeons has led to the concept of the HCG diet, which is meant to be a healthier interpretation and implementation of weight loss rather than the purely cosmetic, “fad” diets of today. His results have been heralded in medical journals spanning the globe. His findings are published in a book entitled “Pounds and Inches”. The HCG diet is meant to promote a healthier lifestyle through careful consideration of portion sizes and nutritious value of food.
• Structural fat surrounds our vital organs, keeps our skin smooth and taut, and gives us the cushion on the bottoms of our feet. Extra of this type of fat in our body does NOT cause obesity.
• Normal fat is the fuel that the body draws from when needed. It is found all over our body and is not responsible for obesity.
• Abnormal fat is the type of fat that accumulates and is deposited all over the body and accumulates in the areas that we typically don’t exactly like (hips, buttocks, stomach, arms, etc).
When calories are severely restricted (without HCG), the body first burns normal fat, then structural fat, and only then is the abnormal fat burned. Usually by that time, a dieter feels awful and has abandoned any type of diet all together, leading to a vicious cycle.
CORTISOL & ADRENAL FUNCTION AND WEIGHT LOSS
Cortisol is a life sustaining adrenal hormone essential to the maintenance of homeostasis. Called “the stress hormone,” cortisol influences, regulates or modulates many of the changes that occur in the body in response to stress including, but not limited to:
- Blood sugar (glucose) levels
- Fat, protein and carbohydrate metabolism to maintain blood glucose (gluconeogenesis)
- Immune responses
- Anti-inflammatory actions
- Blood pressure
- Heart and blood vessel tone and contraction
- Central nervous system activation
Cortisol levels normally fluctuate throughout the day and night in a circadian rhythm that peaks at about 8 AM and reaches it lowest around 4 AM. While it is vital to health for the adrenals to secret more cortisol in response to stress, it is also very important that bodily functions and cortisol levels return to normal following a stressful event. Unfortunately, in our current high-stress culture, the stress response is activated so often that the body does not always have a chance to return to normal.* This can lead to health problems resulting from too much circulating cortisol and/or from too little cortisol if the adrenal glands become chronically fatigued (adrenal fatigue).
HIGHER AND MORE PROLONGED LEVELS OF CIRCULATING CORTISOL (LIKE THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH CHRONIC STRESS) HAVE BEEN SHOWN TO HAVE NEGATIVE EFFECTS, SUCH AS:
- Impaired cognitive performance
- Dampened thyroid function
- Blood sugar imbalances, such as hyperglycemia
- Decreased bone density
- Sleep disruption
- Decreased muscle mass
- Elevated blood pressure
- Lowered immune function
- Slow wound healing
- Increased abdominal fat, which has a stronger correlation to certain health problems than fat deposited in other areas of the body. Some of the health problems associated with increased stomach fat are heart attacks, strokes, higher levels of “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and lower levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL), which can lead to other health problems.*
CHRONICALLY LOWER LEVELS OF CIRCULATING CORTISOL (AS IN ADRENAL FATIGUE) HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH NEGATIVE EFFECTS, SUCH AS:
- Brain fog, cloudy-headedness and mild depression
- Low thyroid function
- Blood sugar imbalances, such as hypoglycemia
- Fatigue – especially morning and mid-afternoon fatigue
- Sleep disruption
- Low blood pressure
